Visualizer User Guides

Visualizer is a fully automated interactive web tool integrated in the Eurocircuits customer account. It allows you to check the data before you place your order and is based on our philosophy of “Right First Time for Manufacture”.

We introduced the first version of the PCB Visualizer in 2012 and then the PCBA Visualizer in 2017 when we launched our Assembly service. Both provide a fast and accurate analysis of the data uploaded.

The Visualizer checks that the dataset is complete and uses over 700 predefined DRC & DFM rules to check that the uploaded data is manufacturable based on the pooling service selected (see Services).

It also checks if the build of the PCB is clearly defined using the integrated buildup editor that contains over 970 pre-defined builds.

If any issues are found they are reported and viewable within the Visualizer which will also propose automatic repair solutions (where possible) for the designers to review and approve (if acceptable), saving you valuable development time.

All smart tools within Visualizer are free to use, and we continuously develop and improve them to meet the needs of our customers.
